Thought GPS, Inc. (“Thought GPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used when you use the Thought GPS Creator mobile application (the “App”).
This policy applies only to the Thought GPS Creator app currently available on the App Store.

1.2 User Content
The App allows you to create and manage location-based audio content. We collect and store:
- Audio recordings you create
- Titles, descriptions, and metadata you associate with recordings
- GPS coordinates or manually entered addresses used to tag recordings
1.3 Location Data
The App collects precise location data only while the App is in use and only with your permission. The App does not collect location data when it is not actively in use. Location data is used to:
- Tag audio recordings to a geographic location
- Display map pins for content you create
1.4 Device & App Information
We may collect limited technical information, including:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- Basic diagnostic or crash information
This information is used solely to maintain and improve app stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Enable audio recording, playback, and location tagging
- Store and display your created content within Thought GPS products
- Maintain and improve app performance
- Respond to support requests and operational communications
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Content Visibility
Content you create using the Thought GPS Creator app is stored securely and associated with your account. Public listening and discovery features are provided through separate Thought GPS products. Additional sharing or discovery options may be introduced in the future with clear notice and user controls.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information except:
- To protect the rights, safety, or integrity of Thought GPS Creator and its users
- With trusted service providers that support app hosting and data storage
- When required by law or legal process
5. Data Retention
